Caramelized wood-smoke and saffron milk.
Sealed in wax.
Opened with intent.
Hand-wrapped in parchment. Secured with a wax seal stamped Zaōq. Inside, the day's fire portioned for your table, with a couplet card resting on top.

This is exactly what it sounds like. You park. We come to the car. Food arrives the way it leaves our kitchen - hot, considered, on real plates if you would like them, in the road version if you would not.
For the Delhi evening you do not feel like dressing for. For the lunch between meetings. For the after-dinner kulfi you want, badly, on the way home.
Pull into a bay outside Zaōq. Flash your headlights, or tap the bell at the window. We bring the menu, take the order, return with the food.
